Critical Incident Support & Management
‘Critical incidents’ cover a wide range of issues that cause a school or education setting to need to respond to circumstances where advice guidance and support is critical to successful management. The range of incidents that can affect a school are vast and will differ from school to school. This service provides immediate and on going support for your school with any incident that it believes to be ‘critical’. This support may only require one contact or it may require contact over a period of time to ensure that there is a successful outcome.
